The profession was set up by CA. S. HARIHARAN in the year 1982 in Chennai for providing auditing and assurance services in Chennai to small and medium sized entities. In 1987, it was upgraded as a Proprietorship Firm in the name and style of S. Hariharan & Associates. Later in 2009, it was converted into a Partnership firm with two partners and thereafter it grew to the current stature gradually now with five partners. 

We are head quartered at Papanasam, Thanjavur District and have offices at three other locations viz., Chennai, Trichy and Hosur. 

Under the able direction of five partners, our team's strength of over 35 people is uniquely positioned to provide the clients quality opinions and services.
